We reserve the right to terminate this agreement and immediately block access to educational materials by providing written email notification ("Immediate Termination"), particularly when termination results from misrepresentation, default, misconduct, or breach of agreement obligations ("Default Event").
Modifications and Transfer Rights
We retain the authority to unilaterally modify this agreement without prior notice. However, revised agreements will be published on the platform to inform you of changes. You acknowledge responsibility for periodically reviewing the platform for updates, modifications, and amendments. Continued platform usage or access following posted changes constitutes acceptance of those modifications.
You cannot assign this agreement or its associated rights and obligations to any third party and remain solely liable for any agreement breaches or violations.
Legal Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Indian law. Any disputes related to these terms or platform usage fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Refund Policy:
Upon approval of a legitimate refund request, payment reversals will be completed within 5 business days of request confirmation. All reimbursements will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction. For international purchases, refunds will be processed to the original credit/debit card, while PayPal transactions will be credited back to the corresponding PayPal account.
By enrolling in any online course, training program (individual or corporate training), or membership package (self-directed learning or instructor-led sessions) on DakshaPath, you acknowledge and accept our refund policy outlined below:
Course Cancellation and Refunds
DakshaPath retains the authority to reschedule or cancel live training sessions or modify session timings due to inadequate enrollment numbers, instructor unavailability, or extraordinary circumstances (including natural disasters, earthquakes, political unrest, etc.).
Direct Payment Terms and Conditions
Satisfaction Guarantee: We provide a 7-day unconditional satisfaction guarantee for self-directed and live training programs, contingent upon no educational materials (documents, presentations, code files) being accessed or downloaded.
Qualification Criteria: Refund eligibility requires submission of the request within 7 calendar days of enrollment or payment completion.
- Material Access: Downloading any educational resources including documents, presentations, or source code files
- Video Engagement: Viewing more than 20 minutes of content from live sessions, recorded courses, projects.
- Laboratory Activities: Participating in practical exercises for more than 20 minutes
- Study Guide Usage: Accessing condensed study materials for more than 20 minutes
- Assessment Participation: Taking skill evaluations for more than 20 minutes
- Time Limitation: Requests submitted after the 7-day enrollment period will not be considered
Non-Eligible Circumstances: Self-directed courses and live training purchases become non-refundable under any of these conditions:
Policy Modifications: The organization reserves complete authority to update these conditions without advance notification, except through posting revised policies on the platform.
These guidelines exist to preserve the integrity of educational content and ensure equitable usage policies.
EMI and Installment Payment Conditions
Policy Scope: The refund terms outlined above do not extend to purchases completed through EMI or installment payment arrangements.
EMI Approval Finality: Once EMI plans through our payment partners RazorPay, they cannot be terminated or canceled.
- Additional Fees: Failed payments for RazorPay EMI plans may result in supplementary charges or penalties imposed by your bank or payment processor. You bear sole responsibility for these costs.
- Access Termination: Missed payments for course fees through EMI/installment plans will lead to permanent course access revocation within 10 days of initial notification, without refund eligibility.
- Company Liability: The organization accepts no responsibility for course delays or lost progress resulting from access revocation due to payment failures.
Payment Default Implications:
Selecting EMI or installment payment options constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of these specific terms.
Policy Amendment Rights
